Loyalty Program

Loyalty programs are no longer a novelty in Poland. Nevertheless as the market matures, the greater the intensity of competition in the segment of trade and services and increasing awareness and expectations of customers, it is necessary to develop increasingly sophisticated loyalty schemes that go beyond the simple principle of exchange of collected points for prizes.

A good system supporting a loyalty program is one which is beyond a simple assessment of the points and allows for analysis of behavior and preferences of individual customers, as well as serves to prepare offers that are better suited for the needs of clients.

MCX For Loyalty (MCX FL) is a system for recording loyalty programs giving a broad spectrum of behavior of participants that particular loyalty program, and made their purchases of goods and services. MFL is a universal operating system for a loyalty program and multi-partner.

The main task of the MCX FL is to record transactions by participants in loyalty programs at stores and award them points according to the assigned plan of the loyalty program.
